Guest of the 2009 Ivy Cup Polo Match are extended the following rates for the weekend of May 29nd – 31st
The rates are as follows:

| Friday and Saturday Nights | $199.00 per night |
Rates are per room and apply to single or double occupancy. Room rates are subject to 12% tax, plus a $15.00 service charge per room, per night. The service charge covers all gratuities/tips for doormen, bellmen, housekeeping services and valet parking attendants. All parking is complimentary.
Room rates include:
| • Welcome glass of sherry or sparkling wine upon arrival |
| • Wine and cheese reception in our Library from 5:00pm to 6:30pm on Friday and Saturday evenings |
| • Nightly room "turndown" service. |
| • 24 hour coffee/cappuccino/espresso served in our Library |
| • Continental Breakfast for two in L'escale Restaurant on Saturday and Sunday mornings |
| • New York Times available in our Library |
| • 24 hour access to our fitness center |
Should anyone request a Harbor View guest room, we have a special package rate available for both Friday and Saturday nights. This special package rate with additional value added features is listed on our website as the Weekend Escape.
Our check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. We would however allow a late check-out time of 12:30pm on Sunday, May 31. We would be able to store luggage at the hotel after check-out, to be retrieved by the guests later on Sunday afternoon or evening.
