How much are tickets?
The tickets pricing is dependent upon when purchased and type of ticket.

Ticket price includes reception, buffet, open bar throughout the day, equestrian exhibition, polo match, silent auction.

What is difference between normal and VIP Ticket?
VIP ticket includes access to post-parties in Greenwich & NYC.

How do I purchase a ticket?

How do I know I’m on the list or you received my order?
We’ll send a confirmation to you via email.

What if I didn’t go to Harvard, Yale, Princeton or Cornell?
Doesn’t matter. The event is open to everyone.

Can I bring my children along?
Yes, but there is no daycare available. Children under 12 are $25 each. Ages 12 to 15 are $50 each. There is no charge for infants.

Purchasing a Ticket

To purchase by credit card:
We prefer that you purchase tickets from the website, we accept Visa or MasterCard. We've got a secure server program that works beautifully. This enables greater efficiency and record keeping for you as well. purchase tickets.

Of course, if people want to send a check in, they can, but it is best and safest if they log on to the website and register as an attendee paying by checkl. purchase tickets.

Is there a deadline to purchase tickets?
No. But an event like this requires purchasing and constructing tents and rentals well in advance of the event. Thus, we have a fixed number of tickets and we may sell out.

Will this sell out?

Can I purchase tickets the day of show?
A limited number of tickets may available the day of the event, but you will need to visit web site to determine if tickets are still available. (check to see if available).

What if I want to reserve a table?
Reserved tables are available to co-hosts. If you are interested in learning about the co-host package, please contact us. Purchase table.

Transportation

Polo Express Train transportation:
The 'Polo Express' train is chartered specifically for this occasion from Grand Central Station. It’s a party in itself and a great experience. You need to get a ticket in advance, purchased off our website. It is a separate ticket from the Event ticket. Everyone taking the Polo Express should meet at the clock at Grand Central Station to check in at 1:50pm.

Leaves at 2:00.
Note: The ticket for the train/bus are NOT included in the general ticket. A ticket for the Polo Express is $20 one-way and $30 round-trip.

Returns 8:45pm
The Polo Express return trip is at 8:45pm. If you plan to leave Greenwich at a different time, please purchase a one way ticket.

What if I miss the 2pm train, will my ticket still be valid?
No, if I you miss the 2pm train from Grand Central Station, you would have to purchase train tickets at your own expenses.

So, please make sure you arrive early at Grand Central so you don't miss the Polo Express. If you miss the train, please get on the next train to Greenwich and there will be shuttle buses at Greenwich Station throughout the day on an hourly basis to take you to the polo field.

Return trip.
If you need to leave earlier or later, you can utilize. There will be an hourly shuttle going to and from the Greenwich Station to the polo field throughout the day. To return to New York, you can take the regularly scheduled trains that depart approximately every 30 minutes. The schedule departing Greenwich is as follows.

Is parking available at the Polo Club?
Yes, parking will be available at the Greenwich Polo Club for those who wish to bring their own car. Daily Rate - $10 per car.

What is the address of the Greenwich Polo Club?
The Greenwich Polo Club is located on Conyers Farm, North Street in Greenwich CT, approximately a 10 minute drive northwest of downtown Greenwich. 06831

How do I get to the Greenwich Polo Club from New York?
Take the Merritt Parkway to Exit 31, North Street. At the end of the exit ramp, follow the sign "To Banksville, NY". Continue for approximately 2.8 miles on North Street. Turn left onto Hurlingham Drive at Conyers Farm. Security will direct you from there.

What are directions from I-95?
Take the I-95 to Exit 3, Greenwich. At the light, take Arch Street heading north. Turn left onto Sound View Drive. Go up the hill and turn right onto Field Point Road. Proceed to the intersection with Putnam Avenue and go straight through onto Dearfield Drive. Continue north around the rotary onto Lake Avenue. Continue north 1.5 miles and turn right onto Grahampton Lane. Continue east 1/2 mile and turn left onto North Street. Continue for approximately 2 miles on North Street. Turn left onto Hurlingham Drive at Conyers Farm. Security will direct you from there. For additional or detailed driving directions, please use Google Maps.

Silent Auction
The silent auction, which is an important way people can support the event, will occur during the polo match as well as online after the event. Some great items have been assembled already. The Silent Auction is a terrific opportunity to help out. And if you have a product or service worth more than $500, we would love to have you participate. It is also a tremendous promotional opportunity while benefit the charity.
